Shipping Policy

We do not offer express shipping and we do not ship outside of the Philippines.

Orders will be delivered by our official partner couriers (Lalamove, Grab, or Transportify or our delivery trucks for bullk and tall units). You will receive the tracking details by email once your order has been processed.

Order cut-off is at 10:00 AM on business days. Orders made after 10:00 AM will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 12:00 PM on Saturday, your order will be processed on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday.

The standard delivery schedule is as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 1 to 3 Business Days
  • Luzon – 5 to 8 Business Days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 7 to 25 Business Days

Please note that the delivery lead times only count business days and do not include Sundays and holidays.

If an item is returned to CYA Industries Inc./Fabriano SpA Inc. by the courier for any reason other than our error, the buyer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for both directions. Please verify the address to ensure that you have provided the correct address prior to placing your order.

If a shipment is stolen or damaged due to delivery, please report the incident to CYA Industries Inc./Fabriano SpA Inc. via email at cyaindustries.online@gmail.com and provide your order number for immediate resolution.

Frequently Asked Questions

"Opened Box units" are brand new units with physical imperfections like scratches, dents, discoloration (yellowish) or no boxes due to mishandling. Often they aredisplay units returned by the retailers.

"Sealed box units" are those sold by the retailers – i.e. Ansons, SM, Robinsons, Western, etc

It's between 6 months to the standard 1 year for parts and service depending on the product chosen.
